Pilates is a movement practice that supports and trains the body to function in such a way that it rids itself of physical trauma, like pain and inflammation as well as relief from stress and mental strain.

Once emotions are aligned, using Essential Oil Therapy, you are better equipped to shift into somatic movement, which is focusing on what's happening internally rather than the external appearance of the body. Healing starts from within and Pilates supports and trains the body so that internal energy can flow freely allowing your outward appearance to shift naturally.
